1. Scope of Application:
This specification is applicable to all gasoline chain saw FFU tests conducted by the company.
2. Test items:
A. Durability test
1) Engine
Test period
Idle: Use up one tank of fuel, set the throttle at 75% (Note: Record the working time of one tank of fuel)
Rest: 10 minutes
Total working period: 40 - 60 tanks of fuel
Evaluation criteria: ㄒ44H (Excellent), ㄒ22H (Satisfactory), ㄒ11H (Acceptable), ?11H (Poor)
Check machine performance and machine condition.
2) Oil leakage
Fill the gasoline tank (including the oil tank, if any) with fuel, place the machine in the worst working position in a dry and clean room for 7 days, without any oil leakage.
Evaluation criteria: ?7 days (NG), Record the failure time, check machine performance and machine condition.
3) Control operation
In the state of engine idle operation, operate the throttle lever 1100 times, the machine has no faults, the function of the throttle lever is intact.
Operate the starting pull wire 1500 times, the starting pull wire and the pull disc have no faults, the machine has no faults.
B. Function test
1) Blow dry leaves
From leaves of different sizes ranging from approximately 30x30 cm to approximately 150x150 cm. These leaves are evenly spread on an area of approximately 4 square meters. Blow these leaves into an area with the smallest possible diameter. Record the average input power, working time and results.
Evaluation criteria: Record the average input power, working time and results.
2) Destroy dry leaves
From leaves of different sizes ranging from approximately 30x30 cm to approximately 150x150 cm. These leaves are evenly spread on an area of approximately 4 square meters. Absorb these leaves by the machine. Record and evaluate the time of the entire working process, destruction effect.

3) Blow wet leaves
From wet leaves of different sizes ranging from approximately 30x30 cm to approximately 150x150 cm. These leaves are evenly spread on an area of approximately 4 square meters. Blow these leaves into an area with the smallest possible diameter. Record the average input power, working time and results.

4) Destroy wet leaves

5) Abnormal operation
According to the manual, equip one tank of fuel with a 70% gasoline/oil mixture. After the engine operates this tank of fuel in idle mode, the machine functions normally.
Evaluation criteria: No mechanical faults should occur, record the working time, check machine performance and machine condition.
