Structure Explanation
The drug transportation vehicle is composed of several major components including the chassis, high-efficiency filter, variable air volume unit, rechargeable power box, and electric lifting mechanism. The chassis is made of sandblasted stainless steel SUS304 and is formed by a single-piece bending of sheet metal, which is both aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean and disinfect.
An adjustable air volume fan system was adopted. By adjusting the operating conditions of the fan, the average wind speed in the clean working area can be ensured to be within the rated range (0.45m/s plus 20%). In this way, while maintaining the cleanliness and positive pressure of the working area, it effectively prolongs the service life of the main components' high-efficiency air filters of the mobile vehicle.
The airflow patterns of the drug installation vehicle include vertical flow and horizontal flow types. Clean air is protected for the drugs by the lifting platform, and an air protection barrier is formed between the lifting platform and the PC protective panel, creating a positive pressure difference between the inside and outside. During the movement of the clean mobile vehicle, it ensures that the cleanliness of the working area is at CLASS A level.
The drug transportation vehicle is driven by an electric elevator mechanism and moves the platform. It can stop at any position up or down. Limit switches at the top and bottom ensure that the platform moves between the highest and lowest positions.
The medicine transportation vehicle is protected by three layers of PC boards on all sides. One side has an up-and-down movable door, ensuring a tight and secure positioning when the vehicle is connected with the isolation maintenance equipment.
