These high-definition cameras applied to mobile phones need to be produced in a clean room. A certain group in Kunshan is a local manufacturer of camera modules and fingerprint recognition modules, specializing in the mid-to-high-end camera modules and fingerprint recognition modules for global brand smartphone and tablet manufacturers.
This group is one of the few manufacturers that used COB and COF assembly technologies in camera module manufacturing earlier and can批量produce and sell 1.6 million and 2 million pixel camera modules. It is also one of the few local manufacturers that are proficient in multiple process procedures and can produce fingerprint recognition modules on a large scale. During the production of camera modules， the entire production process needs to be strictly controlled. This includes ten-level purification standards of D/B→W/B→H/M， and to the thousand-level purification standards of focusing→gluing→function testing.
To ensure the quality and yield of the products, the production process has strict requirements for environmental quality. Usually, the production is carried out in clean rooms of ten or hundred grades or above. In this ten-grade workshop renovation project of the group, after comprehensive consideration, they finally chose us.
It is worth noting that due to the limited space in the project workshop, our sales and R&D teams responded promptly. Oriented towards the customers, they closely communicated with the customers and customized nearly 4,000 sets of easy-to-maintain type down-change FFUs and the corresponding U15 high-efficiency filters for their use. The so-called down-change FFU refers to the FFU maintained at the bottom. Its working principle is the same as that of the ordinary FFU. The fan sucks in the air from the top, and the clean air is evenly delivered after passing through the high-efficiency filter. The down-change FFU has the characteristics of convenient and quick replacement operation, effective reduction of loss, and long service life.
1/ Noise & Life Test
A semi-anechoic test room is set up for the comprehensive performance testing of FFUs.
2/ Leakage Test
A smoke leakage test bench is built to conduct 100% leakage tests on the high-efficiency filters.
3/ Efficiency & Resistance Test
An automatic scanning test bench in accordance with EN1822:2009 is set up to test the efficiency, initial resistance, and leakage of high-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency filters.
4/ Pipeline Test
A filter test pipeline in accordance with EN779:2012 is set up to test the performance of medium and low-efficiency filters.
Due to the urgent delivery deadlines and strict product performance requirements from the customers, they chose to entrust their trust to Yegao.
