1. Basic situation

1.1 The composition of FFU: One FFU consists of a box and a filter;

1.2 Transportation of FFU: The FFU box and the filter are transported separately. They are unpacked separately at the cleanroom site;

1.3 Unloading of FFU: During the unpacking process, the filter must not fall or collide. The unpacked filter should be placed vertically in the cleanroom;

1.4 Unpacking of FFU: The plastic packaging bag of the filter should be opened in the clean environment 3 days after the air supply in the cleanroom. Otherwise, the filter will be contaminated, affecting the initial cleanliness of the cleanroom;

1.5 Installation of FFU: First, place the filter horizontally on the keel, then place the FFU box horizontally naturally on the filter, so that the skirt of the FFU box fixes the filter.

2. Precautions

2.1 The filter is composed of glass fiber filter paper and is very fragile. The filter paper is very prone to rupture. Workers should wear gloves, hold the frame tightly, handle it gently, and strictly prohibit fingers or other objects from touching the filter core inside. Avoid filter collision and falling;

2.2 Install according to the direction indicated by the arrow on the filter side;

2.3 When installing the box, pay attention to aligning the handles and the blue control box;

2.4 When placing the box, avoid colliding the box with the filter. Align the frame of the box with the frame of the filter and slowly place it down, making it closely contact the filter;

2.5 Avoid frequent repositioning of the box or filter;

2.6 Do not move the box after the number is pasted;

3. Causes of filter damage

3.1 If the filter is placed vertically and naturally falls, the probability of damage is 80%. The damaged area is usually the filter paper near the frame;

3.2 If the filter falls naturally from a height of 1 meter, the probability of damage is 95%. The damaged area is usually the middle filter paper;

3.3 Without wearing gloves when installing the filter, the probability of damage is 10-20%. The damaged area is usually the leakage of the corner filter paper;

3.4 Treading on the filter, the probability of damage is 90%. The damaged area is usually the surrounding filter paper at the treading place;

3.5 Frequent moving of the filter, the probability of damage is 20%. The damaged area is usually the filter paper around the frame.
