RadiCel LAF (Clean Laminar Flow Hood) is a device that can create a local 100-level clean environment in a low cleanliness environment. It can independently form a return air system or be used in conjunction with an existing piping system. It can be used alone or combined with multiple units to form a strip-shaped clean area.

  Working Principle
  The cascaded laminar flow hood adopts a vertical laminar flow (i.e., unidirectional flow) air flow form. After the air passes through a high-efficiency filter at a certain wind speed, a uniform flow layer is formed, making the clean air flow vertically in a unidirectional manner. When the clean air flows through the working area at a certain uniform intermittent wind speed, it will carry away the dust particles and microorganism particles in the working area, thus ensuring that the working area achieves the high cleanliness and sterile working environment as required by the process.

  Factory Inspection
  Such equipment must undergo inspection upon leaving the factory, including checking whether the equipment installation, appearance, and usage meet the design requirements, confirming that the equipment operates well under no-load conditions, and through the inspection process, checking the dust particles, settled bacteria, wind speed, and illumination conditions inside the laminar flow hood. Finally, it is confirmed whether the product meets the standard requirements, effectively safeguarding the interests of customers.
