Product Introduction
The DPA PaintArrestor air filter is a dry pre-treatment filter at the front end of the spray booth, specifically designed to capture overspray and sticky paint residues that fly off during spraying. It features a gradient deep loading structure, with the paint mist penetrating the filter material's interior, making it less likely to become clogged rapidly on the surface and with a gradual increase in wind resistance.
The DPA bag type adopts a 3D diamond pocket structure and is supported by ribs, providing a larger filtration area and higher paint capacity. It is suitable for long-term mass production painting lines.
Replacing traditional water curtains, it does not produce wastewater, reducing environmental protection and operation costs, and is widely used for pre-treatment of spray exhaust gas in automotive parts, furniture, hardware, construction machinery, and clean painting lines.
