Product Introduction
RadiCel II high-efficiency/super-high efficiency air filter (HEPA/ULPA) is suitable for electronic, biological, pharmaceutical clean rooms, as well as air purification equipment and other scenarios that require strict control of air pollution. All RadiCel II can be customized according to the on-site environment to meet application requirements.

No partition structure, low resistance, good energy efficiency
Special-designed hot melt adhesive is used to separate the filter paper of the high-efficiency filter, ensuring that there is the same and reasonable spacing between the filter papers. This allows for the full utilization of the filter paper, achieving uniform air velocity and low resistance.

Strict selection of materials, with extremely low volatilization of chemical substances
All components are made of materials with extremely low chemical volatility, meeting the requirements of conventional clean rooms and air filtration equipment.

Compact structure, easy to install and replace
The frame of RadiCel II is made of aluminum extruded profiles. The waterproof and flame-retardant glass fiber filter paper is sealed with imported phosphorus-free polyurethane glue at intervals, and is further supported by protective nets, gaskets and other components. The structure is compact, small and lightweight, and is easy to install and replace.

Leakage test, ensuring no leakage
One of the superior water-based aerosol leak detection platforms in the industry. The test is free of secondary pollution and ensures that no leakage occurs in each filter.

Based on the EN1822 testing efficiency standard, ensure the efficiency
According to the EN1822 standard, the PMS laser particle counter and PSL test particles are used to conduct efficiency tests on the filter using the MPPS (most easily penetrable particle size) method, ensuring that the filter efficiency meets the requirements.
