FineAir V C is a box-type large-capacity activated carbon filter. It features a V-shaped structure composed of multiple non-segmented filter elements, sealed within a black ABS resin frame. Compared to conventional filters, it significantly increases the amount of filter material, ensuring lower pressure loss and thereby reducing energy consumption and lowering operating costs. It is widely used in industrial and commercial HVAC systems, as well as variable air volume systems and turbulent systems.
The FineAir V C activated carbon filter is composed of a filter core and a standard universal support frame (ABS). It has a front frame, a rear frame, or a side-slide guide rail system. It is suitable for air conditioning systems and is easy to install or replace without the need for special tools. The filter and the reserved installation frame are connected and sealed by a locking device or by a flange and gasket with the slide track.
Activated carbon filter element
The FineAir V C activated carbon filter is specifically designed to remove medium and low concentration gas pollutants and is suitable for use in the fresh air or return air AHU of the air conditioning system. The filter element is formed by folding a fibrous layer (containing fine granular filter material) and a non-woven fabric (with two layers providing support) and then assembling it with the frame (ABS). The V-shaped pleated filter element can accommodate the most filter material, increasing the contact area with pollutants. Each filter is packed and sealed in plastic bags and cardboard boxes.
