1. Rapid purification, enabling the purification level of the clean area to reach the standard quickly. The recommended rotational speed is 900 to 1000 (rpm).
2. Dynamic balance, maintaining a constant purification level during normal production in the clean area. The recommended range is 700 to 850 (rpm).
3. Static balance, maintaining a constant purification level during the period when the clean area is not in production. The recommended range is 600 to 700 (rpm).
4. Energy-saving shutdown, it can be set to 0 (rpm).
