Installation instructions for FFU's high-voltage electrical components (power cables) - Yejia/A-PLUS
1. Wire Requirements
It is recommended to use single-core 1.5mm2 copper wire, as shown in Figure 4.1;

3. The steps for the strong power connection of the A-PLUS FFU
In the above diagram, steps 1 to 3 represent the input power supply, and steps 4 to 6 represent the output power supply. The output power supply is used to connect to the next Aplus/A-PLUS FFU as the input power supply for the next Aplus/A-PLUS FFU. Through such a series connection, the power supplies of several Aplus/A-PLUS FFUs can be connected together. Each Aplus/A-PLUS FFU has a maximum current of 2.0A, and the maximum allowable current of the blue control box of Aplus/A-PLUS FFU is 10A. No more than 5 Aplus/A-PLUS FFUs can be connected in each power supply string. It is recommended to use 4 Aplus/A-PLUS FFUs. Finally, the first Aplus/A-PLUS FFU in each power supply string should use a 12A plug and socket to connect to the strong electrical bridge frame.
4. Installation Precautions
4.1 Do not exert excessive force when installing the wires;
4.2 The wires must be firmly connected, and there should be no exposed parts after the wires are inserted into the connection terminals;
4.3 After installation, do not leave any wire ends or other debris in the wiring box;
4.4 If the screws on the connection terminals are loose, they must be tightened; otherwise, it will cause poor wire contact.

5.1 The clean construction party needs to provide at least 16A of strong current and power plugs for the gateway power distribution cabinet after the weak electrical installation of the FFU is completed;
5.2 The clean construction party needs to cooperate with A-Plus to solve possible problems with strong current during the FFU debugging period;
5.3 Please pay special attention to the following by each clean construction party:
Other construction party units (such as fire protection, etc.) when working, should be careful not to step on the FFU and must not move the FFU without permission. If it is necessary to move, it must be informed to each clean construction party and the FFU manufacturer for coordinated handling.
