Installation requirements for FFU cabinet and filters
1.Installation conditions, environment and requirements for the attire of the installation personnel
1.1During installation, the clean room must be completely sealed. The fresh air conditioning system's clean air supply needs to be in place for 3 days, and the room must remain clean with no dust. All the structural supports have been installed and leveled.1.2The installation personnel must be provided with clean clothing and clean gloves to prevent any human contamination of the FFU enclosure and filters.
2.Installation of the FFU enclosure and the high-efficiency filter
Due to the use of ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper in the high-efficiency filter, the filter material is prone to breakage and damage, resulting in leakage. Therefore, during handling, unpacking, and installation, the filter must not be knocked or collided with, and it is strictly prohibited for the operators to touch or insert any objects into the filter material.2.1 Steps: First, place the filter horizontally on the keel, and then place the FFU box horizontally on the filter, so that the skirt edges around the FFU box fix the filter;
2.2 Installation requirements for the filter:
2.2.1 Before installation
(1) Please make sure that this filter operates under the following conditions:
a. 13°C ≤ temperature ≤ 63°C; b. Operating humidity ≤ 80% RH; c. Air volume: rated air volume; d. The performance of the ventilation system itself is without defects;
(2) Please turn off the power supply of the ventilation system and ensure that the upstream ventilation equipment of the filter has been installed.
2.2.2 During installation
(1) During installation, wear gloves to avoid contaminating the filter;
(2) During the entire installation process, handle with care, prohibit colliding and twisting the filter, prohibit touching and squeezing the filter element, and avoid damaging the filter element;
(3) The filter needs to be closely adhered to the installation frame to form an ideal compression space to prevent air leakage;
(4) The airflow direction on the label is consistent with the actual airflow direction (the direction of the arrow is the outlet direction of the filter).
2.2.3 Installation precautions for the filter
2.3 Installation Requirements for FFU Cabinet:
It is essential to ensure uniformity in orientation, making sure that the handles on the FFU cabinet are all aligned in the same direction;
When placing the FFU cabinet, avoid any collision with the filter; align the frame of the cabinet with the frame of the filter and slowly lower it, ensuring a tight fit with the filter;
After the cabinet is installed, use dust-free tape to stick the primary filter cotton at the air intake; remove it after the FFU is debugged.
