High-efficiency return air outlet, negative pressure cleanroom exhaust device

2025.08.20
The high-efficiency return air outlet is also known as the high-efficiency exhaust outlet. It is the exhaust device for negative pressure cleanrooms. It is used for the return air filtration in negative pressure workshops to isolate toxic, carcinogenic, radioactive and biohazardous dust and gases, and prevent harmful substances in the room from being discharged into the return air/exhaust system. It is mainly used in fields such as pharmaceuticals, food, biological laboratories, and hospitals.
In the purification room, the polluted gases generated by production activities are called high-efficiency return air when connected to the return air duct for purification gases, and high-efficiency exhaust when connected to the exhaust duct.
The high-efficiency return air/exhaust outlet is mainly composed of a box, a high-efficiency filter, and a return air panel.
The technical features of the high-efficiency return air outlet/exhaust outlet
1. Seamless welding of the box to ensure good airtightness;
2. The return air panel has various forms: full-hole panel, louvre panel, and uniform flow membrane panel;
3. The outlet panel is installed and fixed with a special structure, easy to disassemble, the installation method is invisible, elegant and convenient for cleaning;
4. The differential pressure gauge monitors the resistance of the high-efficiency filter in real time;
5. Automatic in-situ scanning for leak detection and in-situ online disinfection.
Optional ultraviolet sterilization lamps, air volume regulating valves, automatic scanning devices, etc. can be selected;
The filter efficiency grade of the filter can be selected according to the indoor cleanliness requirements.
Parameters of the high-efficiency return air outlet
1. Stainless steel material, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant;
2. Airtightness: The leakage rate tested under a pressure of 1 Kpa is less than 0.1%, meeting the requirements of national standards. The normal pressure resistance of the cabinet: 2.5 Kpa;
3. Disinfection: In-situ disinfection, can be confirmed on-site;
4. Leakage detection through rollers: Equipped with a scanning device, on-site scanning and leakage detection.
