Common causes of rapid increase in pressure difference:
1. Failure of the front-end pre-filter: The initial efficiency and M-level pre-filter is damaged or has not been replaced for a long time, and a large amount of dust directly enters the F-level and H-level filters at the rear end, causing rapid dust accumulation on the rear-end filters and a sharp increase in pressure difference.
2. Sudden increase in dust in the workshop environment: During construction or material handling in the workshop, a large amount of dust enters the air conditioning supply system, accelerating the blockage of the filter material.
3. Excessive environmental humidity: There is a lot of water vapor in the air, and the dust absorbs moisture and forms lumps, adhering to the surface of the filter material, causing rapid blockage of the filter material and a sharp increase in resistance.
Maintenance method: Regularly record the pressure difference data and establish a pressure difference change curve. If the pressure difference rises rapidly in a short period of time, prioritize checking the status of the front-end pre-filter and checking whether there is any leakage in the system that brings in outdoor dust; in a high-humidity workshop, a filter with moisture-resistant filter material can be selected. Filter pressure difference management is the core work of the operation and maintenance of clean workshops. Reasonable control of the pressure difference can not only protect the filter but also reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning fan and save the factory's electricity costs.
