The production of TFT-LCD liquid crystal panels requires extremely high cleanliness standards in the workshop. Even dust at the micron level can cause panel defects and result in their报废. Therefore, the selection, installation, replacement, and inspection of the filters in the clean workshop need a complete management system. The panel workshop generally adopts a multi-level filtration system: the initial efficiency of the air conditioning unit, the M-level medium efficiency, the F-level medium high efficiency, and the end FFU equipped with H13/H14 box-type high-efficiency filters. The M/F filters at the front end are responsible for intercepting most of the dust, reducing the load on the end high-efficiency filters, and prolonging the service life of the high-efficiency filters.
During the filter installation stage, for the high-grade panel workshop, double-flange box-type high-efficiency filters are preferred to reduce the risk of frame leakage. After installation, PAO leak detection must be carried out. For filter replacement operations, they need to be conducted under conditions of reduced dust in the workshop and personnel wearing dust-free suits to prevent secondary pollution of the workshop during the replacement process.
Daily operation and maintenance management: Establish a filter differential pressure ledger, recording the initial and operating differential pressures of each filter. When the differential pressure reaches the final resistance limit, arrange for the filter to be shut down and replaced. Regularly inspect the pre-filters of the air conditioning units and replace them in advance to prevent a large amount of dust from entering the downstream system. Select moisture-resistant high-efficiency filters for humid areas to prevent the filter materials from getting damp and damaged in a high-humidity environment.
