It has the functions of air filtration and pressure increase, is easy to install and convenient to use, and has advantages such as a reasonable structure. Structural features: The pressurized air supply fan box is generally composed of the initial efficiency stage, the new and return air mixing section, the fan section and the intermediate efficiency exhaust section. The basic components include the fan, the air filter and the box body. The box body guard plate uses composite sandwich color steel plate, all joint parts are laid with self-adhesive sealing pads, the four sides are wrapped with purified aluminum profiles, featuring a new structure, an attractive appearance, light weight, corrosion resistance, good sealing and insulation performance, etc.

（1） The pressurized air cabinet is compact and flexible, with reasonable material selection, ensuring stable operation of the machine, low noise, large air volume and pressure, and long service life.
（2） Depending on the different usage locations and working conditions, different configuration combinations can be selected. There are two types of motors: external and internal. The internal motor is suitable for ordinary ventilation and exhaust, while the external motor is applicable for ordinary ventilation and exhaust, and can also be used for fire-fighting exhaust.
（3） The fan speed can be adjusted within the applicable range of motor power according to the different wind pressures required for the air volume, to achieve the desired effect.
（4） According to different layouts of ventilation ducts, customized air handling units with different inlet and outlet air directions can be provided.
（5） Use a primary filter and a medium-efficiency filter system;
（6） Using EVA sealing material, the sealing performance is excellent.
（7） The modular design makes assembly and transportation extremely convenient.
Operation and Maintenance
（二）Operation Instructions: Connect a 380V, 50Hz power supply, turn on the switch, and confirm that the fan is running. The entire machine is equipped with a control box that allows for variable frequency adjustment of the air volume. It also has start and stop switches, and there are adjustment knobs on the frequency converter (it is recommended that the frequency be between 30 and 50). Maintenance and Care
（1）Regularly wipe the pressurized air cabinet to keep it clean.
（2）It is recommended to replace the primary filter every quarter. The secondary filter can be replaced at a more extended or shortened interval depending on the actual usage. (Filter specifications and quantities: Primary filter 595*570*46 - 20 pieces; Secondary bag filter 595*570*550 - 20 pieces)
（3）Is there any looseness in the belt pulley of the regular fan and the motor?
（4）Regularly add grease to the bearings of the fan.
（5）During use, please do not touch the switches at will.
（6）When the pressurized air cabinet malfunctions, the switch should be turned off immediately and professional maintenance personnel should be notified for repair.
