In the purification project, the air purification treatment for various levels of air cleanliness should all adopt a three-stage filtration system consisting of primary, intermediate and high-efficiency air filters. 100,000-level air purification treatment can use sub-high efficiency air filters instead of high efficiency air filters.
  The selection, layout and installation method of air filters should comply with the following: the primary air filter should not use oil-immersed filters; the intermediate air filter should be centrally set in the positive pressure section of the air purification conditioning system; the high efficiency air filter or sub-high efficiency air filter should be set at the end of the air purification conditioning system; the installation method of the high efficiency air filter should be simple and reliable, and it should be easy to detect leaks and replace; the medium efficiency, sub-high efficiency and high efficiency air filters should be selected according to the rated air volume; the high efficiency air filters with similar resistance and efficiency should be set in the same air purification workshop.
  When determining whether to use a centralized or decentralized air purification conditioning system, factors such as the characteristics of the production process and the cleanliness level, area and location of the air purification workshop should be comprehensively considered. For continuous production processes, clean rooms or clean workshops with large areas and strict requirements for noise control and vibration control, centralized air purification conditioning systems should be adopted.
  If the air purification conditioning system requires electric heating, a tubular electric heater should be selected, and the position should be arranged on the upwind side of the high efficiency air filter, and fire safety measures should be provided.
  The blower can be selected based on the total supply air volume and total resistance value of the air purification conditioning system. The resistance of the medium efficiency and high efficiency air filters should be calculated based on twice their initial resistance.
  In the purification air conditioning system of the purification project, except for the direct current system and the system with a duty blower, measures to prevent the entry of outdoor polluted air through the new air inlet into the purification workshop should be taken to prevent backflow.
  The design of the air purification conditioning system should make full use of the return air. For processes that generate a large amount of harmful substances and local treatment cannot meet hygiene requirements, or have hazards to other processes, return air should not be used.
