一、EFU Introduction

EFU stands for Equipment Fun Uit, which is a type of air filtration equipment specifically designed for use with FFU (Fan Filter Uit). EFU has evolved along with the development of industries such as chips and LCDs. It generally needs to meet the required cleanliness level of the equipment, ensure stable operation, be energy-efficient, have good operability, and have low noise.

二、Structural Characteristics of EFU Ultra-Thin Fan Filter Unit

The basic composition is the same as that of the FFU, consisting of a box, a fan, a controller/system, and an efficient filter. For special occasions, a chemical filter can be additionally equipped.

Its obvious structural characteristics include four aspects：

1. The fan has a thin structure, stable operation and a large air volume.
2. The box structure and filter system must be compatible with the equipment.
3. The installation of filter cartridges is different from that of ordinary FFUs.
4. Multifunctional control module

Other performance requirements：

1. Material: No pollutants are allowed to be produced, and secondary pollution must not be caused;
2. Face wind speed: Normal range is 0 - 0.55; high wind speed is 0 - 1.0 m/s, and in the STK area, it is generally 0 - 0.40 m/s;
3. External static pressure: Generally, 40 Pa at the rated wind speed is sufficient;
4. Noise: Focus on the noise at 1.0 m perpendicular to the center of the air intake surface. Generally, it should be lower than 65 dBA;
5. Wind speed uniformity: There are no very strict requirements;
6. Strength: Meet the self-weight of the equipment, reduce vibration, and appropriately bear the load (such as installing chemical filters, etc.).

eLisaPlus FFU Control System Interface and Usage Introduction
1. User Login
Double-click the "eLisaPlus" icon on the computer desktop.
The language bar offers the option of choosing either Chinese or English.
Enter the username and password to log in to the FFU control system management interface. As shown in the figure:

User Management
The logged-in users of the software can be assigned different levels.
To change the password for the current user's login to the FFU control system, click 'Change Password' in the 'System Management' section at the top left corner of the FFU control system.
